Vivinavi Los Angeles膝の故障

３ヶ月ほど前に事故に会ってから、膝の調子が悪いので、病院に行ったら、
Grade 3 Ligament Tear と言われました。（じん帯の損傷〜１センチぐらいの断裂らしい）
医者が言うには、今すぐで無くても良いけれど、いつかは手術が必要と言われたのですが、ちょっと考え中です。
傷みが常にあるわけではないのですが、常時に違和感があります。一部Nambな部分もある感じです。
疑問は、
１）手術をしないと治らないものなのか２）代替療法は何があるか
という点です。
どなたか、Grade3のLigament Tearについてご存知の方が居たら、情報を頂けると嬉しいです。

切らないと解消しないみたいですね。切るまでの治療といっても、炎症を抑えたりとかそういうもの。
