Job Description	Job Summary: You will be responsible for the role of Service Provider Manager or above. While also taking care of home care clients yourself, you will be primarily responsible for providing training to other field staff, explaining services to client families, establishing an education system, and evaluating skills. Once you become accustomed to this work, you may be able to concurrently work in other businesses.
Compensation	Depends on Experience $3,600.00 - $4,200.00 [Compensation detail] Treatment depends on experience, English level and driving experience. Online training in Japan for the first 30 days of probationary period （ 4 hours per day ） $1500 per month, $3500 per month for 60 days after travel to the US.
Raise / Bonus	Salary increase based on sales contribution to the company.
Holidays	2 days per week ＋ 9 days on company calendar
