Matsutake mushrooms native to Japan occur around red pine forests and boast a mellow aroma and crunchy texture.
Oregon-grown matsutake mushrooms are found mainly near coniferous trees.
They are lighter in color and whiter in color than Japanese matsutake mushrooms, but their flavor and texture are similar to Japanese matsutake mushrooms,
fully meeting the expectations of the Japanese.
Please enjoy matsutake mushrooms with rice, soup, etc. to the fullest.
