知人にお金を貸してしまい、お金が戻ってきません。
Small Claimと言う制度があると聞きましたが、Small Claimを出した事によってお金は帰ってくるのでしょうか?
どなたか、過去にだまされて、もしくは貸したお金が戻らなかった経験のある方、どのように対処してお金が取り戻したか、アドバイス教えていただけませんか?
金額は$30,000です。

私自身は雇った経験はないです。
他の件でCountyや市にあるコートに併設している
無料の弁護士相談にいったことがあります。
その時、中年の弁護士さんが言ってました。

取られてしまうということです。怖いですよ！
On LineでCheckしてみると、そういう弁護士事務所出て来ると思いますよ。日系の無料誌にも前にAdが載ってたのを見たけど。相談は無料では?
あとは私の様にCountyや市のコートに出向いて、無料相談のAPOをとったらどうでしょうか。
