I have a dual citizenship/nationality question. I have an emergency need to go to the U.S., but I only had a Japanese passport, so I applied for an esta as a Japanese and entered the U.S. as a Japanese. Is this enough? ？

My question is, are there any requirements in terms of age and work experience to switch from J1 VISA to E2 VISA? ？
For J1 VISA, 5 years of experience in food and beverage including part-time job as a student was required.
