I lived in Los Angeles and Chicago. What was interesting was that when I told my American friend in Chicago that I had lived in Los Angeles, he said, "Los Angeles ？ I lived in such a scary place ！," and when I told my American friend in Los Angeles that I had lived in Chicago, he said, "Chicago ？ I I lived in such a scary place ！. Apparently, the image of Los Angeles is that it is a city full of weird people, and Chicago is a city full of gangsters. It was interesting that people who had never been there or had been there on a short trip seemed to think that the other side was a scarier city ！ than the Los Angeles one. I'm used to it.
I don't think Los Angeles and Chicago, which I am used to, are scary, but New York （ NYC) seems kind of scary, but I would like to go there.

Can anyone please tell me ！
Even though it is the end of the school year, I would like my child to be able to transfer to the elementary school of his/her choice in May so that he/she can get accustomed to the local school as much as possible. I wonder if the school will accept them at the end of the school year.
As far as I can tell from the school's website, the information seems to indicate that it is not accepted … but I guess not ….
