仕事内容	Sales Assistant / Procurement ・ Provides prompt and excellent service to customers by placing orders and coordinating delivery of orders. ・ Handles business inquiries by emails, phone and facsimile; investigates and resolves customer problems. ・ Makes shipping arrangements for requested products. Logistics & Inventory Control Support ・ Counts merchandise in stock and records total to inventory control. ・ Assists in the semi-annual physical inventory control. ・ Collects, verifies and analyzes collected data. Sales Administrative Support ・ Handles all incoming and outgoing mail including overnight and express mail subscriptions, periodicals. ・ Sets up new accounts and maintain customer’s billing information on the accounting system. ・ Communicate with Sales Reps. Regarding delinquent accounts and other payment issues.
給与	年俸 USD $50,000.00 ～ USD $60,000.00

仕事内容

Sales Assistant / Procurement
