4000 SqFt, 4BR4BA, 3-story sprawling house share in the Berkeley neighborhood.

The largest 1BR1BA master bedroom （ with private balcony, bath, shower, 2 closets ） is rented on paper, The basement garage, carport, etc. are all shared spaces, so you can use them as you like. The second floor is mostly shared with another housemate, so you can decide what to put in the two decks, living room, kitchen, and dining room and how to use them.

The study on the third floor is for everyone to use, but you are welcome to have friends and family stay for short periods of time （ up to 2 weeks ） with prior arrangement. We have a washer and dryer, and a storage room in the basement that we all share.

The first floor is also a shared space, but it is mainly used by myself （ the landlord ）, my wife and children. Of course, you are welcome to come down and visit us. By the way, the first and second floors are connected by stairs, but they have separate entrances.

In addition to the rent, you will be responsible for one quarter of utilities （ internet, gas, electricity, water and garbage ）.
