Looking for a responsible and clean Japanese female from the ages of 18-60 years old. Japanese student OK. No couples, No visitors, No guests, No overnight sleepovers! No smoking! No drugs! No dogs, fishes, turtles, spiders, birds, hamsters, beetles, rats, lizards or snakes! Only 1- 2 cats allowed. No pet deposit required.

The neighborhood is in a quiet and safe upper-middle class area with plenty of parking on the street near the house or in front. It is a walking distance to the eatery, shopping center and laundry. It's between the freeways of 110, 605, 91 and near 405 & 710. Just 2-4 minutes drive to downtown Long Beach and the beach. About 8-12 minutes drive to Gardena/Torrance area, and about 15-20 minutes drive to Orange County.

It's a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. There are 2 females renting the other rooms. The first one is about 50 years old. The second one is about 70 years old and she is my mom's frieHnd.


You can bring in your room a Microwave, small/medium Refridge, Rice Cooker, Water Warmer/Boiler, small/medium Air Fryer, small electric stove OK! I will provide a full size bed with drawers on it and study table, if you don't have any. For your safety, the outside property has CCTV.
