Use anti-spam devices such as answering machine settings and warning ・ recording devices to avoid answering calls from criminals.
Also, if you receive a suspicious call or e-mail, do not worry alone, but be sure to consult your family, the nearest police station, or a consumer affairs center.

In order to prevent victims of telephone deception, we are offering a simple automatic recorder （ and recording tube ） that can be attached to landline phones to residents in the city aged 65 and over. The project is being carried out.
