Notice from Yachiyo City】Additional Reservation Slots for Pediatric New Corona Vaccine

This information will be sent to all subscribers of all types of information e-mails.
*From December onward, corona vaccine information will be distributed under "Delivery Type ： Health Information". If you have not yet registered for ： Health Information, please change your registration details by clicking the link at the bottom of this e-mail.

We will add an appointment for the "2023 Autumn Vaccination" （ additional vaccination ） for children (5 ～ 11 years old) at 8:30 am on November 29, 2011 (Wednesday). The vaccination is not compulsory. The vaccination will be administered only with the consent of the parent or guardian and the child.

○Appointment Eligibility
5 ～ 11 year olds who have already had their first vaccination (completed up to the second dose) and more than 3 months have passed since their last vaccination

○Appointment Schedule
Individual Vaccination ： December 9 (Sat.) or 16th (Sat.) [both additional inoculation]
*The group inoculation for children has ended as of November 19 (Sun.).

○Vaccine to be used
Pfizer's monovalent vaccine ： XBB.1.5 compatible [for children]

◆In addition to the above, there are other medical institutions that accept direct reservation. ◆Next time, we will add the appointment slots from December 18th (Mon.) to January 14th (Sun.), 2024 on December 13th (Wed.).
