of a customer who has an appointment tomorrow
I don't know where she lives

you know I'm a bit of a goofball but

I can't make mistakes

quicker at preparing before a visit,
I've become accustomed to omitting things and making mistakes.
I have to
reconsider

double-checked my reservation. I had double-booked.

The reservation was made several days in advance
and was changed by a later guest.

We are very sorry
for the inconvenience.

The same mistake ､ has happened twice before.
Mistook the date of the reservation for the next day.

to the customer's call.

I called and said 'tomorrow'
