eyelash perm

Hi ！
I would like to learn how to do a lash lift, does anyone have any information ？ I know there are keratin lash lifts, Parisienne and various types of perms, but basic is fine.
We are looking for someone to teach us how to do it, as we are planning to get licenses etc. We would also like to hear about how to obtain commercial materials.
Also, I would like to know if there are any good eyelash perm technicians with long experience, because I am looking for a salon that I can go to all the time.
