[Free] English for Yoga Course

Held online ！ This is an opportunity to learn common English phrases used in yoga classes while having fun and moving your body. No prior English or yoga experience is necessary. No previous English or yoga experience necessary.

If you would like to take a yoga class in English, learn common phrases used in yoga classes in English, or learn to understand a little of the instruction,
this is the class for you.

This is an opportunity for you to have fun, get moving, and become familiar with common English phrases used in yoga classes.

We will explain the English instructions used in yoga classes in Japanese while
you move easily through the class.

Please bring a yoga mat and wear clothes that you can move comfortably.

Please bring a notebook and pen as you will be taking notes during the lecture.

Instructor ： Kiyomi Takahashi
has been teaching yoga in English and Japanese in Los Angeles since 2009.
Teaches classes for corporate clients, major yoga studios, and fitness gyms.
She has also taught yoga teacher training courses in English and Japanese.
