Eligibility

Confectionery manufacturers in and outside of the prefecture, confectionery production departments of accommodation facilities, cafes, marchés, etc. ( Including those who are opening or planning to open a business )

Processed sweets category ( Baked sweets and compotes )

Sweets that go well with wine ( Any kind of sweets or wine )

Judging method

1 ) Each category must come up with a sweet using fruits from Yamanashi Prefecture
Entrants must submit a photo of the product, ingredients used, points of appeal ( and estimated price using the application form on the special website.
2 ) For sweets that go well with wine, also propose wine ( red, white, rosé, etc. *more detailed specification of brand is acceptable )
3 ) 10 finalists in each category in the first round

Final selection
1 ) On March 8, 2025 ( Saturday ), the judges will conduct a tasting at the Yamanashi Prefectural Museum
2 ) The contestant must prepare his/her sweets by one of the following methods.
